Contents Processing Workshop

This two day programs conducted in California or in your area (on or off-site), covers all aspects of running a successful contents restoration business. Your front line employees will learn the 4 factors of a successful contents division, how to avoid costly pack out pitfalls, provide a rapid pre-estimate to set the pace, how to provide a final estimate that protects your bottom line, standardized on-site job prep procedures, best practices for professional pack outs,  drying, cleaning and deodorizing books and documents, the proper handling of antiques, artwork and antiquities, the basics of smoke and water damage, the Digital Photo Inventory system, soft goods processing and much, much more. A comprehensive workbook is included for each participant to make note taking easier. At the end of selected workshops, a certification test is given to qualify for continuing education (CE) credit. Attendees with passing grades are sent a certificate suitable for framing.
