As co-founder of Total Contentz
Barb assists disaster restoration professionals, helping them improve their contents processing capabilities with the latest technology and procedures.  She is a leading contents restoration consultant, offering consulting and training services for full-service restorers and specialized cleaning contractors.

Her particular areas of expertise are contents restoration facility design, work flow and production strategies, contents restoration processing procedures on-site and in the warehouse, and contents packing techniques. Her design projects range in size from a 2,000 sq ft facility to an 8,000 sq ft warehouse within a 120,000 sq ft building. Barb was a certified trainer for Assured Software’s POI (Pack Out Inventory) software, and is currently a trainer for Assured Software’s successor program, Assured Packout.

Tim Jackson is co-owner and co-founder of Total Contentz. Recognized as one of the leading contents restoration consultants, Tim brings more than 16 years of experience in the restoration industry prior to founding Total Contentz with his wife, Barb.

As co-owner of Restoration CleanUps, he served as Production Manager of restoration cleaning projects for 13 years in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Projects included thousands of restoration cleaning and pack outs, new installations at the Carnegie Museum of Art, a large document restoration project at Magee Women’s Hospital along with many commercial restoration jobs.

Chris Hill has over 30 years of business experience beginning with 14 years in the underground utility contracting business where he worked in his family business as a heavy equipment operator and then as the chief estimator and project manager, securing up to $7 million in sales annually.

Since 2002 Chris has worked in the disaster restoration industry. The business grew from $4 million to an astounding $12 million in sales in 7 years. While building this company, Chris deployed POI software and became ASCR certified in POI (taught by Barb Jackson, CR). Chris trained and built a content processing team that utilized POI and eventually had four teams fully certified in POI and set up an internal training program based on Total Contentz courses.

The former president of the IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists), Steven has personally trained over 10,000 professional men and women to use the art and science of persuasion and influence as a part of their work. You may have seen him on the national television programs, Connie Chung’s Eye to Eye and The Joan River’s Show or heard him on dozens of radio shows across America. He is a former instructor for California State University at Fresno and is a motivational speaker/seminar leader, having appeared at Stanford University, Berkeley, Lockheed Aerospace LERA group, CSUF, hospitals and at over 1000 public, corporate and private lectures, seminars and courses.

Tish has over 20 years experience in the Restoration Industry. She trains sales and marketing professionals across the United States with her Assured Success program offerings. Tish’s 2010 Restoration Success 24 week Tele-Seminar series brought marketing professionals together on a weekly basis to listen to 30 minutes of “Professional Development with an Industry Twist” AND to engage in conversation.

Her signature program “Agency Success” has helped companies across the country with a system for marketing agents.

As the youngest member of our staff, Lexee plays a significant role in security and employee morale. Her contributions to our team include stress reduction techniques, supurb listening skills, and an endless supply of optimism and enthusiasm. Always eager to retreive objects, Lexee is even willing to wade into deep water to get the task accomplished. She has been known to “borrow” the “Queen of Contents” crown from Barb (who is the real “Queen of Contents”).
